No more freezing drives in winter A pilot with Shuttle America, based at LaGuardia Airport in New York, Jerry Kelley has lived in Ashland for about a year with his wife Elaine and their children, Jillian (four) and Ethan (two). He often walks down Alden Street, past Power Tune/Ashland Discount Tire, to “let the kids see the train” as it rumbles by downtown. His Ford Taurus is a gift from his Dad, and he’s grateful. Until last January, there was just one problem: the heater didn’t work. After spending one chilly New England winter driving without heat, he decided that was enough. His Dad’s mechanic hadn’t been able to fix the problem, but Jerry’s wife encouraged him to try Power Tune, as the shop was so close to home. Her advice paid off.
